The 21st International Consciousness Reframed Conference, titled "Sentient States: Bio-mind and Techno-nature", took place June 6th-8th, 2019 at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa - Porto. Keynote speakers were: Laura Beloff, Marta de Menezes, Roy Ascott and Victoria Vesna. Consciousness Reframed is a forum for trans-disciplinary inquiry into art, science, technology, and consciousness, drawing upon the expertise and insights of artists, designers, architects, performers, musicians, writers, scientists, and scholars, from many countries.

Member of the scientific committee was Assistant Professor Dalila Honorato, coordinator of the art & science research group at the InArts Lab of the Ionian University.
