Digital Exhibition Past2future

The Solomos Museum and Distinguished Zakynthians, believing in the vision of the newly established Ionian Islands Museum Network (DiMIN), organized the digital temporary exhibition titled: “Ionian Culture: From Yesterday to Today”, implemented by the Interactive Arts Lab (inArts) of the Department of Audio & Visual Arts at the Ionian University.

The exhibition is a collaboration between the Solomos Museum and the core of DiMIN, together with six contemporary artists working in the same geographical area.

The goal of the exhibition is to highlight and explore the unique identity of the Ionian Islands without geographical or temporal boundaries, with the substantial contribution of new forms of expression by contemporary artists, inspired and motivated by the collections of the museums participating in the Network.

The exhibition is held with the financial support of the Ministry of Culture and Sports and will run until the end of the year.
