The Node for Web Ecologies (NoWE) serves as a space for study and experimentation focused on the structures, principles, and experiences that shape the contemporary Internet. It engages with web architecture, hypertext theory, content–user interaction, accessibility, and the design of high-quality digital environments. NoWE approaches the Web as a multifaceted ecosystem in which technological, social, economic, and creative factors co-constitute meaningful and sustainable digital experiences. Its mission is to advance knowledge, methodologies, and applications that strengthen the functionality, reliability, and cultural value of web-based infrastructures.
