The Athens School of Fine Arts (ASFA) will host a joint talk on October 23 at 11:00 AM by Dr. Prof. Dalila Honorato and Adam Zaretsky, PhD. Both are known for their unique and transgressive approaches to the intersection of art and biology. The talk, titled "Bioart - The Art and Politics of Art and Life Science Workshopology," will take place at the C' Sculpture Lab.
The event will explore alternative practices in art labs, focusing on the intersection of biology and creative expression. Key themes include heritable genome editing, decentralized artistic research, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
