Dalila Honorato, Professor at the Department of Audio & Visual Arts of the Ionian University and Director of InArts Lab, is participating in creative partnership between artists Praba Pilar, Adam Zaretsky, Dalila Honorato, and Janet Sarson in the exhibition eXMe/Extended Media Lab, hosted at ArtSpace West Gallery of Arizona State University (ASU) West Valley.
The collaborative video work EMBRYONIC was developed within the framework of The Hindsight Institute, including the Hindsight Retreat, BEAK – Bioart Ethical Advisory Kommission, and the Rebirthing Tube Biomedia Residency, as well as through the international platform TTTlabs – Crete, Greece of the Ionian University and the Rewilding Cultures initiative (2021–2026).
The exhibition will be on view from Wednesday, March 19 to Thursday, April 10, 2025, with opening events featuring performances, screenings, and installations across the ASU West Valley campus. Open to the public, this exhibition is part of the eXMe-Lab’s ongoing effort to promote art practices that move beyond individual-centered thinking, exploring intersections between the body, technology, ethics, and expanded media.
