The Interactive Arts Lab is pleased to announce the establishment of the new Node for Gender Equity & Inclusion (NoGEI), which joins the six existing nodes.

The Node for Gender Equity & Inclusion (NoGEI) operates within the Interactive Arts Lab of the Department of Audio and Visual Arts at the Ionian University. Its aim is to advance gender equity through artistic research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and inclusive practices across art, science, and technology. Grounded in feminist ethics, care, and wellbeing, it supports the implementation of the InArts Gender Equality Plan while fostering sustainable, socially responsible, and intersectional approaches within academia and the cultural sector, and providing a platform for research, education, collaboration, and public engagement on issues of gender and inclusion.
