InArts Lab proudly announces the participation of Dr. Adam Zaretsky, Art Coordinator of the Node for Hybrid Arts, in the event Art Science Salon: BioArt, hosted by the University of Puget Sound, USA in Oct 23, 2025. The Art Science Salon: BioArt is organized by Siddharth Ramakrishnan at the University of Puget Sound, fostering global exchange among educators, researchers, and artists engaged in interdisciplinary creative research.

InArts Lab, in collaboration with the Athens School of Fine Arts' C' Sculpture Studio, announces the Winter School "Hybrid Arts Methodology," an intensive research development program for MARes and ASFA postgraduate students. This week-long program (November 24-28, 2025) will take place at the Athens School of Fine Arts Annex on the island of Hydra, offering participants a unique opportunity to advance their research through faculty mentoring, interdisciplinary collaboration, and experimental practice.

Professor Dalila Honorato, Director of InArts, met with representatives of the Central Academy of Drama, University of Beijing, Mrs. Monroe and Mrs. Yanshuang, in a first in-person encounter that paved the way for drafting a joint collaboration protocol.

Christina Mitsani, member of InArts, is participating in the 7th IFPA with a lecture-presentation of the work "Intersex" on September 26, 2025, and an educational workshop on September 27, 2025.

InArts celebrates an exceptional achievement by Professor Ioannis Deligiannis, Coordinator of the Node for Gaming Gamification, whose innovative International Master's Program has been selected for prestigious funding under Greece's "Universities of Excellence" initiative, financed by the Recovery and Resilience Fund "Greece 2.0".

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is evolving every day into a major field of interest, thus having a significant impact on various professional fields, including various art forms, as well as their teaching in both formal and informal education.

Within the framework of its collaboration with the Chania Film Festival, the Interactive Arts Lab had a dynamic presence at this year’s festival, organizing three innovative workshops on themes that combine interactive art, cinema, and new technologies. The activities involved the coordination of Ioannis Deligiannis and Iakovos Panagopoulos, offering participants the opportunity to explore new methodologies and cultivate their creative skills.

The Interactive Arts Laboratory (InArts Lab) of the Department of Audio & Visual Arts of the Ionian University, in collaboration with CorfuTechLab and the Public Central Historic Library of Corfu and with the support of the Wikimedia Community User Group Greece is holding a training session on: "Art and Activism: a Wikipedia Edit-a-thon on Greek women artists.", on Wednesday, 17/01/2024, 09:30 - 13:30.
